If your event books through the Cobb CVB:
Attendance Promotion
Attendance promotion is available through various promotional pieces and audio/visual programs. These can also be customized to your event and include: Maps, welcome letters, photography, area videos, media pitching and editorial copy.
Member Services
We are able to send out "Request for Proposals" to all members to help find you the best local service for your event. We will send a proposal to the following: decorator services, trophies for sporting event, transportation, photographers, catering services, and even security. We will help get you the quality and service you need for your event.
Marketing Your Event
We offer help with promoting your event to media in the Atlanta area. We help by soliciting the media and also maintain a media list available for your use. We want your event to shine in Cobb County and Atlanta.
Onsite Collateral
We can supply your group with bags, visitor guides, dining guides, maps and calendar of events per our guidelines (link to guideline pdf). We can set up a information table at your event or supply you the collateral information to use at your discretion.
Programs, Entertainment, and other services
Programs, entertainment information and ideas for many aspects of your event are available. We also have a complete list of member companies who specialize in the coordination and management of theme parties, special events, staffing services, transportation, catering companies, audio visual equipment and speakers.
